Following a career in recruitment, Kerrie retrained as a personal trainer and nutrition & weight management advisor. An MBA graduate, Kerrie now combines her business acumen with her health and fitness knowhow, believing that living a more active, healthier life directly impacts on your mental wellbeing, motivation, performance at work and overall happiness.
beneFIT Health & Wellbeing was borne to support companies and individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through the delivery of inspirational workshops and programmes.

For each person that leaves one of my workshops with a little extra knowledge and the inspiration to make even one small change makes my work so rewarding!I have always enjoyed keeping fit and healthy having been on my own weight loss journey in my early twenties. I know that when I feel good I perform better, feel more motivated and full of energy.In 2017 I completed the London Marathon, one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. The training commitment both physically and mentally was enormous whilst still managing work and family. I proved to myself that with determination and dedication you can achieve great things!”
