Kerrie has supported Arcus in varying ways over the past 2 years. Kerrie has delivered Mental Health First Aid training for the business and most recently has run a series of bespoke webinars focusing on mental well-being for our colleagues. I highly recommend Kerrie, as she understands our requirements and works flexibly to suit our business

This course was excellent and I would highly recommend it. Kerrie was brilliant and the whole course structure including the smaller breakout groups was really engaging. This is by far the best course I have done at work in years!

Just wanted to let you know that we have had some very positive feedback from the webinar this week. One employee in particular has opened up to her colleagues (in her small team) regarding the personal challenges she has been experiencing, and encouraging others to join the webinar next week if they were not on this weeks call. Others who had joined the call responded with equally as positive comments on the webinar. Having people open up like that is just great, and I am sure will encourage others to do the same.

The course was fantastic - the best online training I have done so far. Kerrie was very supportive of everyone and made an effort to connect with every attendee.

I attended a One to One Health Check at work, among other measurements Kerrie took my blood pressure. I am 21 years old, play football 4 or 5 times per week and considered myself fit and healthy. However, my blood pressure reading was high. I had put on a little weight prior to the test however had no symptoms or signs there maybe something wrong. Kerrie recommended that I visit my GP and request further tests. Kerrie also gave me some advice on improving my diet. At the GP, the reading was still high. I was fitted with a monitor, so my readings could be monitored over a 24-hour period. I followed Kerrie’s dietary and lifestyle advice and thankfully my BP is ow reading normal. If Kerrie from beneFIT Health & Wellbeing had not carried out the initial test and highlighted the reading I would have remained completely unaware of the issue.

I am so very pleased with Benefit Health & Wellbeing. In April I was on the verge of exhaustion with my GP wanting to sign me off sick. I hardly slept, my blood pressure was high, and I was overweight despite regular exercise. Kerrie analysed my eating habits and helped me to understand the changes I needed to make to improve my health. I have changed what I eat - in fact eating more. My energy and sleep have improved drastically, and blood pressure is normal.

Kerrie recently presented bespoke health and wellbeing workshops and 1:1 health assessments with our company. The workshops were both informative, fun and engaging with healthy food tasting and recipes to take away. Kerrie was extremely knowledgeable and interactive with the participants. The sessions were delivered with enthusiasm and passion. Kerrie conducted health assessments on a one to one basis; she took the time to explain what the tests were and what the results meant, providing suggestions for improvement. Following her visit Kerrie produced a comprehensive report giving recommendations on how to engage the workforce further in health and wellbeing which has proved to be very useful. We are hoping to work with Kerrie again soon on future initiatives.
