Whether working with a corporate client looking to improve the health & wellbeing of its employees or an individual aiming to improve their own health and fitness or meet weight management goals, we are dedicated and passionate to supporting their success.

Following a career in recruitment, Kerrie retrained as a personal trainer and nutrition & weight management advisor. An MBA graduate, Kerrie now combines her business acumen with her health and fitness knowhow, believing that living a more active, healthier life directly impacts on your mental wellbeing, motivation, performance at work and overall happiness.

beneFIT Health & Wellbeing was borne to support companies and individuals to improve their health and wellbeing through the delivery of inspirational workshops and programmes.

“There is nothing I enjoy more than witnessing others make positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing. For each person that leaves one of my workshops with a little extra knowledge and the inspiration to make even one small change makes my work so rewarding!
I have always enjoyed keeping fit and healthy having been on my own weight loss journey in my early twenties. I know that when I feel good I perform better, feel more motivated and full of energy.
In 2017 I completed the London Marathon, one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life. The training commitment both physically and mentally was enormous whilst still managing work and family. I proved to myself that with determination and dedication you can achieve great things!”
